Visit Two Historic West Louisville Commercial Buildings

Free tour of two historically significant commercial buildings along West Broadway from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 30, including a free tasting & tour of Von Payne Black Whiskey at the circa 1908 Whiteside Bakery building at 1400 W. Broadway, a 60,000-square-foot Mission-style structure designed by prominent architect Arthur Loomis, being redeveloped by Von Payne Spirits.  Please RSVP for these free tours at 2:30PM and 5:00PM.  This building is just getting started and you can take a behind the scenes look at what it looks like before work begins.

Others on tour will be The Gateway on Broadway at 1405 Broadway, a multi-story industrial building circa 1922 redeveloped into 116 senior housing units by the Housing Partnership, Inc.  This building has been completely rehabbed and there will be hosts on site to talk about the project.

Our new retrospective brochure can be found here. Download it now to learn more about a few of our select projects from recent years.
